About FocalNest

FocalNest is backup for families with ADHD. It holds what ADHD brains struggle to hold: what to do next, what matters most, and how long until you leave. It works just as well for everyone else in the house.

Why we built it

Every family organizer we tried fell apart within weeks. Chore charts needed constant upkeep. We learned to ignore calendar notifications. Expensive wall displays ran software that felt like an afterthought.

We built FocalNest because we needed it: a parent with ADHD, a kid who loses track of time, and a household that needed structure without rigidity.
